Sarah M. Ellison Hernandez
Sarah M. Ellison Hernandez has over a decade of government and courtroom experience. Before launching her own firm, Mrs. Ellison Hernandez served as an Immigration Judge, Assistant United States Attorney, Assistant Chief Counsel for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and as an Assistant District Attorney. Her unique background gives her a comprehensive understanding of both sides of the immigration process, as well as strong courtroom litigation experience. Now in private practice, she uses that insight to assist other attorneys and law firms in successfully advocating for their clients. She is licensed to practice law in Texas and supports clients nationwide via her virtual platform.
